- Tell your friends, family and coworkers that you are quitting and need their support. Click here for 10 ways that friends and family can help.
- Call the AlbertaQuits Helpline to enroll in our stop smoking program. Cessation Counsellors are available 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week to help you develop a plan and manage the cravings.
- Register with AlbertaQuits Online and join our global community to support your quitting.
- Choose a Quit Buddy – someone you can call in a crisis and who will support your quitting.
