- Schedule a monthly manicure or pedicure as a treat, and as a constant reminder that you are tobacco-free.
- Get a massage.
- Go for a refreshing walk in your favourite park.
- Plan a trip someplace you've never been.
- Buy new running shoes or exercise equipment.
- Watch one of your favourite comedies.
- Schedule a dental cleaning right after your quit date.
