Quitting smoking is a huge deal! You should feel proud and delighted that you have broken free from your nicotine addiction. You deserve to reward yourself for all that you have accomplished.

  • Schedule a monthly manicure or pedicure as a treat, and as a constant reminder that you are tobacco-free.

  • Go for a refreshing walk in your favourite park.
  • Plan a trip someplace you've never been.
  • Buy new running shoes or exercise equipment.
  • Watch one of your favourite comedies.
  • Schedule a dental cleaning right after your quit date.
  • Sign up for a class to learn to do something you’ve always had an interest in, such as learning a new language, playing the guitar, or taking dance lessons.
