TGIF Pledge
Good morning all
Happy Friday and a big TGIF!!!!!!!
I am sooooo ready for the weekend - only thing that could be better if it was a long weekend!! Alas that is not the case so I will take what I can get. I have a dentist appt tomorrow to get my teeth cleaned, no photography this weekend as the weather and scenery do not suit it at the time. Also not on my agenda, smoking. Smoking offers me nothing but a lifetime of serving my addiction. I worked hard to gain my freedom and I plan on keeping my address on the Freedom Road. No smoking here today and I offer my hand to the next winner joining me in kicking ash to the curb today.
Have a fantastic Friday

5700 days Cara! Nice number! Each day of being nicotine free is a gift towards health and wealth. My sister-in-law is home and hopefully she will feel that internal motivation to make the changes needed. That could have been me. I had that 'who me' moment and that was enough to get me started. Turns out that not smoking is way better then I thought it would be. The science is there. It is doable and it is worth it. I hold out my hand.

5700 days IS marvelous Carolyn 🍎  Thank you so much for continuing to inspire us!!
I had the 'who me??' experience as well m.m. and it woke me up.  So grateful for the gift of healing all that damage that came from smoking before it could inflict further!  CHOICE 🦋🦋
