Saturday’s Pledge! Mornin all! Trip to dump will hi lite my day. Possibly a walk as well. Quad muscle coming around. Should be good by next week. What will also be good is another quit day on my journey!!

    Thanks tman. You have a plan for your body. Healing is possible. That is the direction that ending addiction will take you. Addiction is a progressive disease. My DH scared me with a massive coughing fit this morning. It woke him from a deep sleep. He makes no connection that the smoke is doing that to him. Some times a sneeze or a bad cough can break bones as the cigarette takes away the strength in your body. Not good. Don't smoke, move, eat well. That is what is on my daily agenda. The not smoking is the easy part. I have the wealth and health to achieve that. Doable and worth it. Step up. Get the payoffs that come with quitting.

    Mid afternoon , didn't smoke this morning and it's not looking good that I will smoke the rest of the day either :)
