Hungry, angry, lonely and tired. All of these states are strongly connected to the smoking habit. The mind is a associative machine and the feeling of discomfort that any of these states give a person is a similar feeling to withdrawal. The brain and body try to encourage action of some sort. Needs are to be meet. Addictive needs are the worst because they are the ones that hurt. I wonder what does healthy hunger, anger, loneliness, and healthy tiredness feel like?
