Ok, so this is day 9 for me as a non smoker. This is the first time in 13 years i have ever tried to quit and i am succeeding and consider myself a non smoker.

I owe it to my 3 beautiful children, one of whom, my 4 year old looked at me and said, "mommy you need to stop smoking, it stinks!!" so i promised her i would, made it a new years resolution and i am not breaking that promise!! For a couple of days i was taking puffs and getting mad after each time. On the 3rd day which was my most vicious day for cravings i turned to Barbs story........and sobbed.....

Barb, if you are watching, looking down, i want to say thank you.....THANK YOU!! Your story made me realize how selfish it was of me to be smoking! To potentially be depriving my little girls from growing up without their mommy because i can't put a cigarette down.

Taken back control of my life now and although it's still hard, havent touched a smoke since after watching her story....If you believe in yourself you can do it, you are so much stonger than you think and quitting is an amazing thing you can do for yourself and your family.
