Hello. Just read your post and you said you are looking at NRT. You have been cutting down on the number of smokes each day. How has that been working? To me there were three big attachments to the cigarette. The physical, the mental and the emotional. I used the NRT to manage the physical dependency for the twelve weeks and worked on changing my behavior. It takes time to get everything in line. Wish you great success. You have been working on this for a while! Keep moving forward and don't step back.
