Why don't they share the easy way??????

I didn't use any help from a drug or hypnotherapy. I didn't eat to fill the void I didn't get upset, or agitated. I didn't get mean or violent. I didn't obsess over smoking or take up vaping or chew or gum. I didn't replace something I didn't need with something else I didn't need. I quit and felt amazing doing it. It didn't take a plan or a support group and it only took one night not months of pain and withdrawal. It was all done by realizing that nicotine is a drug yes but the withdrawal symptoms are so minimal it doesn't even wake you up at night. Once I learned with Allen Carr's easy way to quit smoking that I was just trained to think it would be that hard and dropped all the other illusions I've been fed my whole life I quit. Why doesn't our health care system promote this method? Why the patches and drugs and pain if there is a better way??
