The Academy for Tobacco Prevention

The Academy for Tobacco Prevention is a school-based tobacco prevention resource developed by Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the University of Lethbridge to support the delivery of current tobacco prevention content in grades 4 to 6 classrooms.

The resource educates and engages students about the harms of tobacco use and the health benefits of never using tobacco products. This resource is innovative, evidence-based, and follows best practice in prevention education.
